Welcome to the GMERS medical college Valsad. You are here as a special scholar, we look forward to your full participation in our commitment to improve the health
of people in both urban and rural communities. We are pleased that you have choosen to join this institution at
this landmark moment in its historical journey.
Whether teaching, doing research or providing services to the community, our faculties are united in their effort to train outstanding clincians, scientists and community health workers. Our public health faculties are working in laboratories, public agencies and the private sectors, in roles that are making difference in lives of thousands of individuals and communities, both locally and globally. We are fulfilling our mission. Our efforts are to reduce the disparities in health that exist in our communities by producing the best-trained health professionals and scientists who will be the "Change Agents" in their respective fields.
